Working as a part of WEYTEC Americas, based in Washington D.C., you would be part of a family oriented, agile team of talented professionals working together to design, build, implement, and support WEYTEC’s smart solutions. As a senior technical project manager, you will become a key resource in WEYTEC’s operations and have unique opportunities to be the lead at the forefront of large multi-million-dollar prestigious projects.

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope
• Analyze project requirements and develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
• Develop and implement scalable processes and workflows to enhance project management efficiency, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment across teams
• Manage order procurement and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery
• Assist BD & sales team as and when needed
• Assist with on-site installation, training and servicing of WEYTEC systems as and when needed
• Assist in staging, preparation, and support for projects as and when needed
• Travel up to 50% including the possibility for international travel
• Must be a team player

• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Detail oriented
• Punctual and accountable
• Self-starter with abilities to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Previous experience in delivering technical projects in control room or audio-visual markets
• Project management certifications are a plus
